Administrative Message #565 - Changes... Changes... and English Test 4-22-14

Greetings...

I know that nothing can be more frustrating than to send a contact email to a website and have it drop into cyberspace... well, as far as you know it did.... But many times, I will try to reply to your contact email and it bounces back to me as "user unknown" or "mailbox full" or some other comment so that I can't answer your valid questions!!

I have had 3 and 4 copies of the same ads being submitted for an auction, not sure the reasoning behind that... maybe you forgot you already sent them in...

So I bit the bullet and went to a support ticket system, just like on my hosting company. You can ALWAYS log in and see what you have sent to me... and see what my answer is.. and it will be there so you can refer to it in the future!!

Categories will include options for submitting ads won in the auctions... the 12pt. and 11 pt. PTCs, and 5pt. and 10pt. Treasure Room links. The PPP and affiliate pages will still be submitted through the advertising page using auction win as the payment. There is a category for changing out ads on your existing affiliate and PPP pages.
There is also a general category, payment issues and advertising questions.

I had hesitated to move to a ticket system because I wanted to keep a personal touch.. but wiser heads prevailed and I am now using the hesk system.. BUT EVERY TICKET WILL BE PERSONALLY ANSWERED BY ME.... THAT'S GUARANTEED!!!
