Administrative Message #575 - Solid Trust Pay on HOLD in USA 6-16-14

Greetings Members...

I just logged into my STP account and found this message:

"The United States, in its mandate to continuously protect its citizens against financial crimes, is now requiring all financial providers, regardless of country, to acquire full licensing in most states.

"SolidTrust is presently working with your State's government to ensure we are fully compliant. Until this process is completed, you are not able to deposit into your account. You may still purchase products & services directly via credit/debit card if the website you are buying from offers cards as a payment option.

"We kindly ask that you refrain from contacting our support department to ask questions; instead, please read below for answers to the most commonly asked questions.

"UNITED STATES REGULATION QUESTIONS

"1. What happens to my account during this process?

» you are able to login as always, upgrade your account to any status, edit your passwords, refer others and exchange from one currency to another in your available balance. You are just not able to deposit funds into, or transfer to another member or merchant directly.

"2. I've got money in my account. What do I do?

» you are welcome to request a check or transfer to your STPayroll or International Debit Card. Visit your MY MONEY / WITHDRAW MONEY area.

"3. Why didn't SolidTrust Pay already have licensing?

» new regulations covering the entire world came into effect only recently. Previous to the new regulations, companies outside the United States were not required to be licensed but now they are. SolidTrust has been working with its legal team in preparation for these new regulations.

"4. What happens if SolidTrust Pay does not acquire licensing?

» any company found to be in violation of the new USA regulations faces a maximum 5 year prison term and a fine of $2500 for every transaction recorded.

"5. How long is this going to take?

» the regulation/review process can take up from a few weeks to a few months depending on the state.

"6. Are other companies going to have to do this?

» Yes! Every payment processor globally that has US citizens as clients is required to be licensed in all the US states requiring licenses.

Your support and patience during the regulation procedure is greatly appreciated."

As I am based in Texas, I cannot do payouts in STP until this is done. My suggestion to you is, IF you live in the US, you can withdraw your STP funds by check or their Payment Card. Since the card costs $25 or $35, and a check only costs $5 I have requested to clear out my STP account by Check. Heaven only knows if I can get the money out, I couldn't with Payza, although other countries could. Please don't wait, do it now.

As to my international members, I am sorry for the delay in payment of requested STP. I am up-to-date as of 6-15-14 in all my sites, and hopefully STP will get their act together before too much longer and I can resume STP payouts. I have the funds to pay you, I just can't do it in STP until the USA government approves it.

If you live in the US, a great alternative is SERVE, it is already licensed as it is backed by the American Express Company.

I will keep you posted as to what is happening... and no, I cannot do PayPal.... :)

As always, I appreciate your support!
Best Regards,
Renee
